Calculators - Reservoirs
This is the most useful of the calculators. It tells you how much Vita-D-Chlor is needed to treat a volume of water with a specific residual chlorine level. The calculator gives you the quantity, but does not tell you how to disperse it over the total volume of water. That is for you to engineer. It is always best to mix a concentrate and then add that liquid to the larger volume of water. This will save you from having your material settling to the bottom without dispersing.

This information is based on general calculation for the dechlorinization capabilities of Vita-D-Chlor™. It is intended only to assist in determining the quantity of material to purchase and is not a statement of the actual quantity of Vita-D-Chlor™ required to neutralize chlorine. Different attributes of different water will affect your actual results. Prior to being released into the environment, all treated water must be tested to assure that complete dechlorinization has been achieved.
